Edita Kosibova, originally from Czech Republic, a proud American citizen, opened Real Estate Cleaning Services in 1995; although with much more experience now, she is still running the same excellent cleaning service that she did more than 25 years ago. The Real Estate Cleaning Services have expertly trained staff and a quality assurance manager to ensure the team is adhering to and following proper instructions. Our employment process is strenuous, so we can provide you with the most loyal and experienced staff to clean your home. We pride ourselves on being reliable and trustworthy and make sure we exceed your expectations with our cleaning service.
How often will you clean my house?
Customized house cleaning services are available weekly, every other week, three-week rotations, or monthly service. Each home is a custom bid to meet the customer’s needs with a guarantee on the quality of work performed.
Can I get an Phone estimate, Or you need to come to my house?
We offer at home, over the phone, and written estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. To get a written estimate you will have to go to our “estimate” tab on our website and fill out the information. To give an accurate house cleaning estimate, we will need to know what type of service and how many square feet we will be cleaning. so we are a free FREE onsite estimate
Do I have to be home when the cleaning crew comes?
No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.
I am a pet owner, is that a problem for the cleaning crew? I have a dog/ cat that cannot get out of the house; how do I rest assured that your employee will follow instructions.
Our employees are given solid instructions to follow. We have instruction sheets that the employees follow verbatim that ensures they are meeting your expectations and ours; we also have a Supervisor Manager that goes over the details of each house.
What if I don’t like the job you did?
If you're not satisfied with our job, you can call us within 24 hours after our service, and we will come back and redo our job to your satisfaction.
How does scheduling my cleaning services work?
We arrive the same day and the same time when we have scheduled weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services with you. We do have a one hour window to arrive at your home. We have every 3 weeks or 4 weeks (once a month) cleaning service scheduled, we call you or text with our openings one week prior to the service and we confirm the cleaning service with the client, that works for both parties. Unfortunately we can not promise the same day and time of arrival for every 3 or 4 weeks cleaning occurrence clients
What if I need to cancel, reschedule or postpone my cleaning service?
We have a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we require 24 hour notice. We will be happy to reschedule for a different day or week. Disclaimer : if our client will not notify us 24 hours, we will charge the full amount of the cleaning session for wasting our reservation. If our client needs to postpone cleaning service for a week or two different charges may apply.
Will I get a reminder for my next cleaning service?
Yes, we can either call you or send a text message the day before your cleaning appointment as a kindness courtesy of our company.
Do I have to provide my own cleaning supplies and equipment?
No, you don't have to. Our company provides all cleaning chemicals and equipment . In case , our client would like us to use their preferred chemicals or vacuum equipment, we will be very happy to oblige our client's wishes.
How can I pay for my cleaning service?
We require payment with each cleaning service visit. You can pay with your master/visa card or Venmo, check or cash. Disclaimer: Credit cards payments we are always processing one week later after cleaning service is done. Please if you would like to give a tip for our employees , you can leave it separately from your cleaning cost. Thank you kindly.
Will the quality of the cleaning service be checked by the supervisor each time?
No, not each time, we are checking our employees' jobs periodically. We believe that communication between client and our office or employee is the most important aspect. If you as a client see something bothers you or we miss a spot, please reach out to us and communicate. We will be aware and able to make notes and fix it to your satisfaction.
